MEETING VENUE
The AIMSA 2018 Conference will be held in the
Golden Sands Resort. The resort is situated 18 km north of
the city of Varna and 24 km from its airport.
It is a modern resort with traditions, and history going back 50 years.
A unique blend of lovely nature park, warm sea, and fine golden sand! Golden Sands is the winner of a
"Blue Flag" - a prestigious international award for environmentally clean resorts.
ACCOMMODATION
The AIMSA 2018 Conference will be held in LILIA Hotel.
Lilia Hotel is an elegant, spacious 4-star hotel with a wonderful position on the seafront promenade only few meters from the beach. It disposes of 174 Double rooms, 55 suites and 1 VIP suite. All rooms have air-condition and are equipped with telephone, satellite television, mini-bar and hair-drier in the bathroom. There is a beautiful panoramic view towards the sea from the rooms' terraces. The hotel offers Classical Restaurant, air-conditioned Beer-house, Sky Bar situated on the roof, lobby bar.

The price includes overnight, taxes, insurance, buffet-style breakfast, swimming pool on the ground level, free of charge Wi Fi in the common areas.
Some of the hotel services include outdoor swimming pools, room-service, dry-cleaning, beauty and health center.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Participants can make their choice of hotel accommodation either online at: http://www.cim-events.com/aimsa-2018/143/ or by completing the offline form at conference website.
A deposit of one night is required in confirmation of hotel reservation (payable by bank transfer or offline by credit card). The deposit will be deducted from the total hotel bill. The balance due should be settled upon arrival at the Registration Desk in Lilia Hotel.
If paying online by credit card, the amount for the entire stay will be required.
NB! Upon request, CIM Ltd. will suggest a lower category hotel.

Important note: There is still pressure for accommodation at the middle of September at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and participants are advised to book at their earliest convenience by sending the form with the required first-night deposit (preferably by 10 August). The reservation will be confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. CIM Ltd. reserves the right to change the requested hotels to such of similar category if they are unable to confirm the first choice indicated in the Form.
